Welcome to my restaurant. I am Uy TRAN, founder of Secret Garden Hoian since 2008. I hope this message finds you well.

Someone is falsely claiming I relocated my restaurant to other place while I literally did not. I'd like to clarify that my family's house and restaurant have remained in the same location, having been home to five generations over 120 years. I have no reason to move my business elsewhere.

I regret leasing my family’s house and the whole materials for business in 15 months after Covid. It resulted in my entire business, including my former brand “Secret Garden Hoian”, my original recipes and the platforms on TripAdvisor as well as on Google Maps and Meta, were moved by my tenant to establish his new restaurant. And I'm accused of doing this myself.

The most important issue is that reusing my restaurant's former name would force me to pay advertising costs for both my place and the imposter. So rebranding my restaurant is a must.

Sorry to bring up this story to explain why the restaurant's name changed. Anyway, everything passed. Now I am so thrilled to announce that I have made significant progress in renovating and reopening the Secret Garden under the new name “AVOCADO Resto”. It is with great enthusiasm that I extend my best wishes and a warm welcome to you. As part of my dedication to enhancing your dining experience, I'm excited to introduce a unique pairing of contemporary Vietnamese cuisine with a diverse wine collection, along with a menu featuring classic breakfast, brunch, and fresh pastry items paired with high-quality coffee.
